1.4.7 works around a bug in Android 5

Android 5 introduces a problem in the SoundPool: Loading of small sound files suddenly takes a long time; see this issue for details: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=81187

Alite 1.4.7 now loads its sounds in a background thread, so that it will start on Android 5 devices, too. Note that it may take up to two full minutes until (finally!) all sounds are loaded. So, it can happen that some sounds cannot be heard initially, but they will be loaded after some more game time.

There is still an issue in 1.4.7, which I do not completely undertand. After the first installation of Alite, the accelerometer controls (sometimes??) do not work at all. A reboot of the phone fixes this and afterwards, the accelerometer controls always work as expected (even after a re-install). No clue as to why, though... I'm still investigating.

You can download version 1.4.7. here (as the all-in-one-solution) or in the PlayStore, which is preferable, unless your phone has problems with expansion files.
